It is my personal mission to remind people that they matter. It can become all too easy to lose sight of our worth when things get hard. Through movement, injury rehabilitation, and holistic lifestyle changes, I help individuals break through barriers & rewrite the narrative of their lives to move forwards with clarity, confidence, and clear results.
You have so much to give in this life, let’s be sure that you get to give it in a way that best serves you and your purpose.
A little bit about me: I graduated from South College with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. I have since competed in CrossFit, utilizing my 12-year background in competitive gymnastics; and have been in constant of pursuit of optimizing my performance, sleep, diet, emotional wellbeing, and mindset to fulfill my purpose and show up better for those that are important to me, including my clients.
My Approach
Health is more than one framework, it is the synergy of body, mind, and presence. By focusing on each of these elements, we help you not only to recover but also to realize how capable you truly are. When you are functioning at your best you can accomplish more than you ever thought possible.

My why
I watched as life as I once knew it lay shattered in pieces all around me, with no one but me to try to pick up all the pieces. I had become a shell of the person I once was, turning to worldly things as a way to numb the grief of losing a very close friend of mine at the age of 20. Such a beautiful life was lost, yet I was throwing mine away. It soon became clear to me what is most important in my life, and that is people & presence.
Since that realization, I have made it my life mission to remind others that they matter. I want the people around me to feel seen, heard, & valued so that they know they are not alone in their struggles, big or small. I channel that purpose into helping my clients find their way when they are feeling stuck, lost, or like they don’t have the proper tools to move forwards alone. From your injury rehabilitation, chasing your goals, and seeking the optimal wellness for yourself-my goal is to help you to be the best version of yourself. I believe that the foundation of this begins with your overall wellness and getting plugged into a community of like-minded people that can help you accomplish that.
