Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy is a hands-on approach used to assess & treat musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction. These techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, stretching, and manipulation work by promoting blood flow & breaking down adhesions to restore movement patterns and full function.

Dry needling
Dry needling is a safe & highly effective technique that uses thin, non-medicated needles to target myofascial trigger points. These are then attached to electrical stimulation units. This treatment stimulates the body’s natural healing response to release tight muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Myofascial decmpression
Myofascial decompression also known as “cupping” is an evidence-based technique that uses negative pressure to lift and separate the layers of fascia and soft tissue. This process promotes increased circulation, reduces muscle tension, and improves tissue mobility. By decompressing adhesions and restrictions within the fascia this method allows for greater range of motion and enhanced functional performance.

Spinal ManipulaTION
Spinal manipulation is a technique that uses a high velocity, low amplitude force to a specific joint in the spine. The cracking or popping noise that can be heard during thrust manipulation is due to the release of gas pressure within the joint capsule. The cavitation does not cause harm and is not required for a successful manipulation-many effective manipulations occur without the sound.
